Mick Nist vs John Quay

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alabama promoted show at Kris Jerden Gym, Huntsville,  taking place on 03/12/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Alabama Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mick Nist (22 - 13(2) - 2) who hails from Montgomery, USA and John Quay(3 - 9(3)) from Huntsville, USA.  Nist weighed in at 140 pounds, while Quay weighed in at 139 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Nist, and the three ringside judges are Mark Hush, Sam Ireland and Owen Belliston.  

Round 1: 

Quay advances into close range.  Nist quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Quay tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nist lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.
