Santiago Matos vs Lorenzo Poveda

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Maracaibo Fletes, Maracaibo,  taking place on 06/12/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Zulia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Matos (14 - 9 - 4) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Lorenzo Poveda(2 - 6) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Matos weighed in at 108 pounds and 13 ounces, while Poveda weighed in at 108 pounds.    As Matos came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Fraco Corpuz, and the three ringside judges are Juan Lince, Federico Chapa and Santiago Hidalgo.
