Suk-young To vs Min-woo Joe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-Daegu promoted show at Daegu Kee, Daegu,  taking place on 07/12/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Korea-Daegu Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports Korea, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Suk-young To (17(1) - 1) who hails from Daegu, South Korea and Min-woo Joe(7 - 1 - 1) from Daegu, South Korea.  Both To and Joe weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Min-hyeok Choo, and the three ringside judges are Tae-hwi Kwok, Ja-choel Paik and Sung-ryong Yoh.
