Santiago Alvizo vs Quinto Messa

Boxing Daily Report from the Leon de Juda promoted show at Montevideo Pestana, Montevideo,  taking place on 18/12/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Alvizo (35(2) - 8(7)) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Quinto Messa(5 - 8(1) - 3) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Alvizo weighed in at 154 pounds and 13 ounces, while Messa weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Alvizo came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Bacallao, and the three ringside judges are Berto Beltre, Salvador Coronel and Roman Bilbao.
