Giuseppe Ripa vs Giorgio Buffon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Liguria promoted show at Genoa Bianchi, Genoa,  taking place on 16/12/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Liguria Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Giuseppe Ripa (22(13) - 0) who hails from Genoa, Italy and Giorgio Buffon(5 - 0) from Genoa, Italy.  Both Ripa and Buffon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Giorgio Malgieri, and the three ringside judges are Damiano Lamia, Giorgio Malgieri and Gianluca Bergomi.
