Vince Wangari vs Joe Ukiru

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Mombasa Municipal Stadium, Mombasa,  taking place on 06/01/2043:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vince Wangari (28(21) - 11(10)) who hails from Naivasha, Kenya and Joe Ukiru(15(5) - 4 - 1) from Machakos, Kenya.  Both Wangari and Ukiru weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Keino, and the three ringside judges are Connor Kamau, James Baldacchino and Jay Matiku.  

Round 1: 

Wangari walks Ukiru down, trapping him on the ropes.  Wangari throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Wangari holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Ukiru pushes his forearm into Wangari's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
