Callum Chekamondo vs Hayden Nakitanda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at YMCA Ground, Kampala,  taking place on 23/12/2021:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Uganda-Kampala District Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Callum Chekamondo (6 - 2) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Hayden Nakitanda(4 - 5 - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Chekamondo weighed in at 146 pounds And 5 ounces, while Nakitanda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Faisal Massoud, and the three ringside judges are Fraser Ruhumbika, Dai Birungi and Gazi Mohammed.
