Peter Trott vs Diego Mathe

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Stub Hub Center (Football), Los Angeles,  taking place on 11/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the North American Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Peter Trott (18(16) - 1) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Diego Mathe(34(28) - 8(2)) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Trott and Mathe weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Mein, and the three ringside judges are Michael Rice, Quico Cadenas and Dylan Waddell.  

Round 1: 

Trott attempts to land a jab, but Mathe dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
