Anthony Murdock vs Shamus Delany

Boxing Daily Report from the Kalungi Promotions promoted show at Daniel Donaghue Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 24/12/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Anthony Murdock (8 - 16(4) - 3) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Shamus Delany(8 - 8(2)) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  Murdock weighed in at 117 pounds and 13 ounces, while Delany weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Nesmith, and the three ringside judges are Sam McCaig, Lee Taggart and Shamus Quirke.  

Round 1: 

Delany closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
