John Linn vs Max Cain

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 30/12/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Linn (21(2) - 9(5)) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Max Cain(5 - 21 - 3) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Linn weighed in at 114 pounds and 3 ounces, while Cain weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harvey Dorch, and the three ringside judges are Paul Vaux, George Brain and Robert Smillie.  

Round 1: 

Linn is looking to close the distance and connects with a left uppercut.
