Viktor Panov vs Viktor Alipov

Boxing Daily Report from the Attakora Promotions promoted show at Pyotr Fedorovtsev Gym, Novosibirsk,  taking place on 02/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Novosibirsk Oblast Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Panov (9 - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Novosibirsk, Russia and Viktor Alipov(21 - 11) from Novosibirsk, Russia.  Panov weighed in at 135 pounds, while Alipov weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Igor Tretiakov, and the three ringside judges are Viktor Morozov, Igor Tretiakov and Ivan Kosichkin.
