Mark Yelton vs Davie Saarikoski

Boxing Daily Report from the Kronk Gym II promoted show at Detroit Forsythe, Detroit,  taking place on 06/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Yelton (20 - 25(3) - 7) who hails from Detroit, USA and Davie Saarikoski(30(24) - 5(3)) from Detroit, USA.  Yelton weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Saarikoski weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Haddow, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Mudie, Leon Russell and Leeroy Shedden.  

Round 1: 

Saarikoski lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.
