Ovidio Custodio vs Fresco Gongora

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Reynosa Salomon, Reynosa,  taking place on 30/12/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ovidio Custodio (15(1) - 3) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Fresco Gongora(9(3) - 1 - 1) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Both Custodio and Gongora weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emanuel Mieras, and the three ringside judges are Dario Zepeda, Diego Toro and Edmundo Tierno.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Custodio has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
