Mark Cornog vs Alastair Taylor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Wellington promoted show at Wellington Haukamau, Wellington,  taking place on 30/12/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Wellington Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Cornog (27(1) - 8(2) - 1) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Alastair Taylor(12(10) - 2(1)) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Cornog and Taylor weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Binner, and the three ringside judges are Erorangi Muunu, Paul Redhead and Mel Binner.

Cornog is looking to keep his distance and attempts to land a jab, but Taylor sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.

Taylor walks Cornog onto the ropes.  Taylor lands a SAVAGE right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE CORNOG WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Cornog quickly recovers. 
Taylor lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES CORNOG!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Cornog almost instantly gets his legs back.

Cornog is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Taylor gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Taylor hits home with a stinging left uppercut.  
Cornog throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Taylor advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
