David Harper vs Dylan Vaux

Boxing Daily Report from the T Promotion promoted show at Tulsa Mulryan, Tulsa,  taking place on 10/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-SouthWest Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Harper (52(16) - 1) who hails from Houston, USA and Dylan Vaux(23 - 5(3)) from Norman, USA.  Both Harper and Vaux weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Douglas McCowan, and the three ringside judges are Dillon Parry, George Lithgow and Charles McCaa.  

Round 1: 

Harper connects with a stinging cross.  
Vaux tries to land a jab, but Harper dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Harper gets on the inside and connects with a right hook.  
Harper gets on the inside.  Vaux throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Harper is looking to close the distance and drives a right hook into Vaux's ribcage.  
Harper forces Vaux to retreat into the red corner.  Harper lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  Harper throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Harper closes the distance and drives a firm left hook into his opponents liver.  
Harper steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Harper advances into close range.  Vaux sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Harper is on target with a right hook to Vaux's ribcage.  
Harper is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Vaux blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Vaux switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Harper dodges the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Vaux finds the target with a ramrod jab.  Vaux attempts to land a jab, but Harper sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Harper lands two straights followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Harper is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Vaux sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Harper lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Harper lands a left hook.  
Harper closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Harper lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Harper advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Harper closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Vaux's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Vaux's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Vaux's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Vaux hits home with a left hook.  Vaux tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Harper feints a jab, fooling Vaux into throwing a cross counter.  Harper springs the trap and counters with  a left hook.  
Vaux lands a sharp jab.  
Vaux drives a right hook into Harper's body.  
Vaux walks Harper onto the ropes.  Harper hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Vaux steps away from his opponent.  Harper lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Vaux lands a jab.  
Harper steps inside and lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Vaux dabs at his face checking for damage.  Vaux has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Harper tries to land a left hook, but Vaux parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Harper lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Harper is on target with a jab.  
Harper lands a solid cross.  
Vaux sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Harper hits home with a cross.  
Vaux lands a right hook.  
Vaux tries to land a jab, but Harper sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut to Vaux's liver.  
Harper drives a jab into Vaux's body.  
Vaux sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
Harper connects with a solid right hook.  
Harper pivots from in front of his opponent and slams a spiteful right hook into his opponents body.  VAUX WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Vaux recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Harper lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Harper hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Harper lands a stinging left hook.  
Harper lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Harper tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross.  
Harper voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Vaux tries to tag Harper on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Vaux lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Vaux switches the action to the outside.  Vaux stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Harper throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Harper is looking to close the distance.  Vaux pivots to the right of his opponent.  Vaux tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Vaux pivots to the right of his opponent.  Vaux attempts to land a right hook, but Harper slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Vaux pivots to the left of his opponent.  Vaux throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook to Vaux's ribs.  
Harper is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to Vaux's body.

Vaux pivots to the left of his opponent.  Harper is on target with a left hook.  
Harper connects with a spiteful left hook.  VAUX WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Harper stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Harper lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Harper!
