Fendy Ong vs Felix Pu

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at KLCC Conference Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 29/12/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Fendy Ong (2(1) - 0) who hails from Bandar Lampung, Indonesia and Felix Pu(1 - 3) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Ong weighed in at 130 pounds, while Pu weighed in at 129 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amjad Hamdan, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Mohammed, Amjad Ebrahimi and Waqar Sabir.  

Round 1: 

Ong steps inside and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Ong ties up his opponent.  Ong is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ong digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.  Ong attempts to land a right hook, but Pu blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Ong steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Ong clinches his opponent.  Ong pushes his forearm into Pu's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Ong is on target with a firm right hook to Pu's ribs.  Ong holds on to his opponent.  Ong is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Ong and breaks the clinch.  
Ong hits home with a hard jab.  
Ong steps inside.  Pu pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pu throws a right hook, but Ong ties up his opponent.  Ong leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Ong's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ong digs in a solid right uppercut to Pu's body.  
Ong walks his opponent into a corner.  Ong lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Pu almost instantly recovers. 
Ong pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ong drives a stinging left hook into Pu's body.  Ong holds on to his opponent.  Ong hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Ong hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Ong tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Pu's kidney. 
Pu is looking to keep his distance.  Ong lands a stinging jab.  
Ong is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Ong holds on to his opponent.  Ong is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Ong uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Pu behind the head. The ref breaks Ong's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ong lands a ramrod jab.  
Ong feints a right hook, and then is on target with a FIERCE cross.  PU IS HURT!  Pu recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Ong is on target with a left hook.  
Ong lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Ong drives a left hook into Pu's liver.  
Pu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Ong gets on the inside and drives a stinging right uppercut into Pu's ribs.  
Pu goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Ong's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Ong gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Ong is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Ong forces Pu to retreat onto the ropes.  Ong lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Pu quickly recovers. 
Ong lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Pu tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ong tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Ong is on target with a right hook to Pu's ribcage.  
Ong gets on the inside.  Ong quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Ong cuts off the ring, trapping Pu in the corner.  Ong lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ong lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pu's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Pu's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Ong lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Ong is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Ong is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Ong lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head, AND DROPS PU TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  
Ong lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Ong!
