Afanas Budagov vs Kir Ghacksylycov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Tajikistan-Sughd promoted show at Bahruz Bairamov Gym, Khujand,  taking place on 13/01/2043:

Clearly AI Tajikistan-Sughd have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Sughd Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Afanas Budagov (9 - 16(2) - 2) who hails from Khujand, Tajikistan and Kir Ghacksylycov(9 - 18(2) - 7 - 1(NC)) from Khujand, Tajikistan.  Both Budagov and Ghacksylycov weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isaak Mamishov, and the three ringside judges are Andrii Nauryzbaew, Konstantin Cajrbeckow and Nadir Hajibabayev.
