Greg Cowden vs Antwan Andam

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Williams Arena, Minneapolis,  taking place on 21/02/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Greg Cowden (26(11) - 2(1)) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Antwan Andam(45(32) - 14(10) - 1) from Tamale, Ghana.  Both Cowden and Andam weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alastair Cullen, and the three ringside judges are Phil Bertel, David Scholar and Robert Westlund.  

Round 1: 

Cowden lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Andam switches the action to the outside.  Cowden feints a jab, and then hits home with a firm cross.

Cowden stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Andam drives a solid right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Andam tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Andam's body.  
Cowden steps inside and lands a sharp left hook.
