Juan Montemayor vs Edmundo Tobar

Boxing Daily Report from the Shakalongo Promotions promoted show at Barquisimeto Samora, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 16/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Montemayor (43(1) - 14(2)) who hails from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela and Edmundo Tobar(14(2) - 1) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Montemayor weighed in at 147 pounds, while Tobar weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Rengel, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Manas, Vicente Alviar and Hernan Pecha.
