Gus Arnott vs John Rayo

Boxing Daily Report from the Dayo Olatunbosun promoted show at Los Angeles Troup, Los Angeles,  taking place on 18/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gus Arnott (10 - 11 - 2) who hails from Rancho Cucamonga, USA and John Rayo(36(3) - 7(1)) from Moreno Valley, USA.  Arnott weighed in at 210 pounds and 5 ounces, while Rayo weighed in at 242 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Kinnon, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Pasha, Sean Bowens and Johnny Tyree.  

Round 1: 

Arnott tries to keep the action at long range.  Arnott quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Arnott attempts to land an overhand right, but Rayo sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rayo closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to Arnott's body.  
As Arnott tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Rayo has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.  
Rayo gets on the inside.  Rayo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  As Arnott tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rayo dabs at his face checking for damage.
