Jax Facundo vs Angel Lugar

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at HSBC Arena, Rio de Janeiro,  taking place on 06/03/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Facundo (9(4) - 0) who hails from Goiania, Brazil and Angel Lugar(26(8) - 4(1) - 1) from Medellin, Colombia.  Both Facundo and Lugar weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Freitas, and the three ringside judges are Loredo Souto, Carlos Corte and Esteban Veiga.  

Round 1: 

Facundo lands a cross.  
Lugar tries to land a cross, but Facundo sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Facundo closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Facundo holds on to his opponent.  Lugar is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Lugar about fouling.  
Lugar throws a right hook, but Facundo holds on to his opponent.  Facundo pushes his forearm into Lugar's face.  The referee warns Facundo and breaks the clinch.  
Facundo throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Facundo holds on to his opponent.  Facundo leans on his opponent using all his weight. Lugar tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Facundo's kidney. 
Facundo is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Lugar digs in a right uppercut to Facundo's ribs.  
Lugar goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Facundo time to recover.  
Facundo gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Facundo steps inside.  Lugar throws a left hook, but Facundo ties up his opponent.  Facundo uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Lugar behind the head. Lugar is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Facundo lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Facundo closes the distance.  Facundo pivots from in front of his opponent.  Lugar lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Facundo hits home with a solid right hook.  
Lugar is on target with a left hook.  
Facundo throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Facundo ties up his opponent.  Facundo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Facundo drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Facundo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Facundo sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Facundo lands a left hook, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS LUGAR TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Lugar now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Lugar tries to land a cross, but Facundo sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Facundo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Facundo clinches his opponent.  Facundo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Facundo uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Lugar behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Facundo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Facundo lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Facundo stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Facundo lands a WICKED cross.  DOWN GOES LUGAR!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Lugar's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Lugar pivots to the left of his opponent.  Facundo DETONATES a FIERCE left hook on his opponents face.  LUGAR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Lugar recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Facundo advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Facundo holds on to his opponent.  Lugar is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  Lugar recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Facundo is on target with a jab.  
Facundo throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Facundo pivots to the side of his opponent.  Facundo throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Facundo walks Lugar down, trapping him on the ropes.  Facundo digs in a stinging right hook to Lugar's ribcage.  
Facundo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Facundo gets on the inside and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Facundo lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Facundo lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND LUGAR IS DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Lugar is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Facundo!
