Joaquin Alcalde vs Bronco Forero

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Macario Bail Gym, Los Alcarrizos,  taking place on 21/01/2043:

Clearly Atsu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Alcalde (6 - 6(1) - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Bronco Forero(1 - 1 - 4) from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.  Alcalde weighed in at 147 pounds, while Forero weighed in at 146 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jose Manco, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Puerto, Selestino Tijerina and Santiago Campo.  

Round 1: 

Alcalde pivots from in front of his opponent andForero wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Alcalde dabs at his face checking for damage.  Alcalde has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused swelling  around the right eye.
