Ryuu Handa vs Kazuhiko Okawa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Himeji Higashi, Himeji,  taking place on 28/01/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hyogo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ryuu Handa (13 - 13(1) - 7) who hails from Nishinomiya, Japan and Kazuhiko Okawa(5 - 13(1) - 1) from Kobe, Japan.  Handa weighed in at 200 pounds, while Okawa weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Shinji Sama, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Muramoto, Hisao Furuta and Michi Morita.
