Miguel Espinosa vs Angel Velez

Boxing Daily Report from the Nabwire Promotions promoted show at Ulises Resendiz Gym, Asuncion,  taking place on 31/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Asuncion Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Miguel Espinosa (14 - 19(4) - 2) who hails from Asuncion, Paraguay and Angel Velez(17 - 0) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  Espinosa weighed in at 139 pounds and 12 ounces, while Velez weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricardo Rita, and the three ringside judges are Agapetus Rodriguez, Eduardo Lugar and Fanuco Mandes.  

Round 1: 

Espinosa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Velez lands with a stiff jab.
