Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Carrara Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 16/01/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Iago Gardon (4 - 0 - 1) who hails from Villa Nueva, Guatemala and Peter Jones(8 - 2) from Perth, Australia.  Gardon weighed in at 135 pounds, while Jones weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Moultrie, and the three ringside judges are Steven Candreva, Hugh Durie and Rex Blair.
