Santiago Bancain vs Billy Rasay

Boxing Daily Report from the Luipa Promotions promoted show at Malolos Roza, Malolos,  taking place on 31/01/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Bulacan Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Bancain (1 - 3 - 1) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and Billy Rasay(17(5) - 2(1) - 1) from Santa Maria, Philippines.  Both Bancain and Rasay weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montego Villalon, and the three ringside judges are Quito Dalaque, Berto Layumas and Ivan Malbog.  

Round 1: 

Rasay advances into close range.  Rasay pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Bancain throws a left hook, but Rasay ties up his opponent.  Rasay is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
