Miljenko Golub vs Garrison Schechinger

Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Arena Zagreb, Zagreb,  taking place on 18/02/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the European Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Miljenko Golub (34(29) - 1 - 2) who hails from Split, Croatia and Garrison Schechinger(19(8) - 10(7) - 1) from Kiel, Germany.  Both Golub and Schechinger weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lucijan Hodžic, and the three ringside judges are Nedjeljko Jugovic, Dragutin Jakopovic and Darko Micic.  

Round 1: 

Schechinger lands a sharp jab.

Golub knows Schechinger is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Golub lands two straights followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SCHECHINGER IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  It looks like Schechinger has now recovered from that shot earlier.
