Ximen Escalante vs Mason Jackson

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at LIV Nightclub, Miami,  taking place on 06/02/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ximen Escalante (2 - 0) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Mason Jackson(1 - 3 - 2) from Waterbury, USA.  Both Escalante and Jackson weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brett Arthur, and the three ringside judges are Vince Wood, Ora Danon and Robert Armstrong.  

Round 1: 

Escalante backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Jackson throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.
