Mike Leaper vs John Jacobs

Boxing Daily Report from the Paradoxia promoted show at Discovery Theatre, Anchorage,  taking place on 27/02/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA-Utah Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Leaper (17 - 13(3) - 4 - 1(NC)) who hails from Salt Lake City, USA and John Jacobs(4 - 12 - 4) from West Valley City, USA.  Leaper weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces, while Jacobs weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Caleb, and the three ringside judges are Luke Davies, Robert Boliver and Colin Goff.

Leaper gets on the inside.  As Leaper tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Jacobs dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Jacobs.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Leaper sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.
