James Romans vs Sam Coates

Boxing Daily Report from the Oak Promotions promoted show at Christchurch Prentiss, Christchurch,  taking place on 01/03/2043:

Clearly Oak Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Romans (1 - 9 - 1) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Sam Coates(6 - 2 - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Romans weighed in at 117 pounds And 6 ounces, while Coates weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ruki Kohu, and the three ringside judges are Noel Haxton, Clint Cattell and Dave Pera.
