Dave Ople vs Guido Malave

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at Ivan Ponce Gym, San Pablo,  taking place on 27/02/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Ople (14 - 17(1) - 6) who hails from Cabuyao, Philippines and Guido Malave(3 - 7) from San Pablo, Philippines.  Ople weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Malave weighed in at 111 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neper Balagtas, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Sicat, Xeres Batuyong and Ivan Talaro.  

Round 1: 

Ople switches the action to the outside and tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
