Imran Alqurtubi vs Amjad Jamail

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Abu Dhabi Ababneh, Abu Dhabi,  taking place on 08/03/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Abu Dhabi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Imran Alqurtubi (11 - 2) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Amjad Jamail(5 - 12(1) - 1) from Al Ain, UAE.  Both Alqurtubi and Jamail weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Salaam, and the three ringside judges are Haider Hawi, Haider Beshara and Haider Hawi.  

Round 1: 

Alqurtubi retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Jamail is whaling away with hooks, but Alqurtubi keeps his defence tight.
