Bart Winchell vs John Parry

Boxing Daily Report from the Brock promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 08/03/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Iowa Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bart Winchell (2 - 11) who hails from Des Moines, USA and John Parry(17 - 13(3) - 3) from Des Moines, USA.  Both Winchell and Parry weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Kidd, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Rielly, Vince Caven and Vincent Bathgate.  

Round 1: 

Winchell advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Parry attempts to land a left hook, but Winchell slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Winchell hits home with a right hook.
