Tobias Patrick vs Paul Cruickshank

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Texas promoted show at Houston Lemmond, Houston,  taking place on 08/03/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Texas Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tobias Patrick (7 - 7 - 1) who hails from Austin, USA and Paul Cruickshank(11 - 14 - 4) from Houston, USA.  Patrick weighed in at 160 pounds, while Cruickshank weighed in at 161 pounds and 2 ounces.    As Cruickshank came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jack Mower, and the three ringside judges are Edward Ferries, James Rave and Robert Corfield.

Patrick pivots to the side of his opponent.  Patrick tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Cruickshank pivots from in front of his opponent.  Patrick tries to land a left uppercut, but Cruickshank slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
