Xeres Barcenas vs Davie Laidley

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Estadio Nacional de F+�tbol Pedro Marrero, Havana,  taking place on 28/03/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Barcenas (20(11) - 1(1)) who hails from Las Tunas, Cuba and Davie Laidley(24(2) - 9 - 3) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Barcenas weighed in at 225 pounds and 5 ounces, while Laidley weighed in at 242 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Serbin, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Villano, Cortez Bastidas and Oihane Rossel.
