Leeroy Ewings vs Dom Cotts

Boxing Daily Report from the Kanda Promotions promoted show at Robert Lyell Gym, Vancouver,  taking place on 21/03/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leeroy Ewings (7 - 7(2) - 1) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and Dom Cotts(25 - 8(2) - 1) from Surrey, Canada.  Both Ewings and Cotts weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Blake Chisholm, and the three ringside judges are James Wark, Kai Sundy and Mark Jones.  

Round 1: 

Cotts closes the distance.  Ewings quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Cotts drives a solid left uppercut into Ewings's body.
