Zack Ploch vs Kaede Yamashiro

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 23/05/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zack Ploch (61(36) - 8(1) - 4) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Kaede Yamashiro(35 - 5(3) - 1) from Shizuoka, Japan.  Both Ploch and Yamashiro weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Ross, and the three ringside judges are Dillon Yeoman, Noah Denoon and Blake Green.
