Hisao Takada vs Taro Okimoto

Boxing Daily Report from the BUSHIDO Promotions promoted show at Sapporo Matsuoka, Sapporo,  taking place on 28/03/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hisao Takada (4 - 2 - 1) who hails from Asahikawa, Japan and Taro Okimoto(5 - 8(1) - 3) from Sapporo, Japan.  Both Takada and Okimoto weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kaede Takenaka, and the three ringside judges are Eiji Suzuki, Nori Itoh and Ryuu Ogawa.  

Round 1: 

Takada lands a jab.  
Okimoto is on target with a left hook.  
Okimoto sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Takada connects with a cross.  
Takada pivots to the right of his opponent.  Takada attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Okimoto's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
