Xeres Alvares vs Francisco Lizardo

Boxing Daily Report from the Sam Vargas promoted show at Sao Paulo Lias, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 28/03/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Sao Paulo Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Alvares (16 - 7(1) - 3) who hails from Guarulhos, Brazil and Francisco Lizardo(6 - 28 - 4) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Both Alvares and Lizardo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Pereyra, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Pinho, Rodrigo Lobos and Montego Moises.
