Mark Ewing vs Bruce Strother

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Promotions promoted show at Brett Cammon Gym, Wellington,  taking place on 01/04/2043:

Clearly Kiwi Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Wellington Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Ewing (6 - 9(1) - 2) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Bruce Strother(7 - 7(2) - 2) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Ewing and Strother weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Murray, and the three ringside judges are Mark Ruskin, Barry Ramage and Jonathan Laurie.  

Round 1: 

Ewing steps away from his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Ewing quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ewing attempts to land a jab, but Strother blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
