Dominic Wight vs Henry McWhirter

Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Raleigh Thomaston, Raleigh,  taking place on 04/04/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dominic Wight (11 - 3(3) - 1) who hails from Greensboro, USA and Henry McWhirter(10 - 10(2) - 3) from Raleigh, USA.  Both Wight and McWhirter weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Gillie, and the three ringside judges are Tom McCleod, Joel Richard and Dale Jones.  

Round 1: 

Wight finds the target with a hard jab.  
Wight lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Wight is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  
Wight manages to force McWhirter into the red corner.  Wight lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

You can sense the frustration from McWhirter now.   He steps in close and swings a low uppercut into Wight's groin!  The ref signals for the action to continue.  He either hasnt noticed the blatant foul or doesnt care!
