Bruce Plowman vs Mick McManus

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Massachusetts promoted show at Worcester Gibson, Worcester,  taking place on 06/04/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Massachusetts Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bruce Plowman (14 - 19(4) - 2) who hails from Boston, USA and Mick McManus(14(6) - 4(1)) from Boston, USA.  Plowman weighed in at 122 pounds and 11 ounces, while McManus weighed in at 122 pounds.    As Plowman came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Ian Noble, and the three ringside judges are Sam Evans, Hugh Hier and Hassan Quadri.

McManus walks his opponent into a corner.  McManus hits home with a sharp left hook.  McManus ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, McManus pushes his forearm into Plowman's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures McManus about fouling.

McManus throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  McManus holds on to his opponent.  McManus throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns McManus.
