Rob Clark vs Ashley Pew

Boxing Daily Report from the Round12 Promotions promoted show at San Jose Eade, San Jose,  taking place on 08/04/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-California Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Clark (37(27) - 4(3)) who hails from Riverside, USA and Ashley Pew(19 - 8 - 5) from San Diego, USA.  Clark weighed in at 153 pounds And 12 ounces, while Pew weighed in at 153 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jack Apted, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Hughen, Noah Denoon and Danyaal Ghazi.  

Round 1: 

Clark gets on the inside and hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Clark to stop fouling.  
Clark is on target with a left hook.  Clark ties up his opponent.  Clark throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Clark.  
Clark lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Clark holds on to his opponent.  Clark is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Clark advances into close range and drives a stinging left hook into Pew's body.  
Clark steps to the outside.  Pew quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Clark lands a jab.  
Clark lands a jab.  
Clark lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Clark lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Clark throws a left uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Clark pushes his forearm into Pew's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Pew sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Clark digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Pew is looking to close the distance.  Pew sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Clark lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Clark stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Pew is on target with a jab.  
Pew throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Pew steps inside and throws a left hook, but Clark ties up his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pew forces Clark to retreat onto the ropes.  Pew attempts to land a jab, but Clark blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Clark tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Clark lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Clark pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Clark tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a stinging cross.  
Clark is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Clark lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Clark advances into close range and walks Pew onto the ropes.  Clark is on target with a solid left hook.  Clark ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Clark pushes his forearm into Pew's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Clark to stop fouling.

Clark closes the distance.  Clark pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Clark lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Pew gets on the inside.  Clark lands a firm left hook.  
Clark steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Clark tries to keep the action at long range.  Clark lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Pew throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut to Pew's ribcage.  
Clark gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Pew recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Clark throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Clark ties up his opponent.  Clark is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Pew's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Pew steps inside.  Clark lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Clark quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a firm cross.  
Clark whips in a hurtful left hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE PEW WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Pew almost instantly recovers. 
Clark is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Clark walks Pew down, trapping him in the red corner.  Clark lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.
