Neil Hall vs James Watts

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-South Carolina promoted show at Columbia Lever, Columbia,  taking place on 07/04/2043:

Clearly AI USA-South Carolina have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-South Carolina Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neil Hall (5 - 14 - 2) who hails from Charleston, USA and James Watts(11(8) - 1) from Charleston, USA.  Both Hall and Watts weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Floyd MacGillivray, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Meyrick, Owen Laing and John Baines.
