Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Soundstage 21, Orlando,  taking place on 23/03/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Josh Mabin (6(3) - 0) who hails from Houston, USA and Dan McLean(3 - 8 - 1) from Buffalo, USA.  Both Mabin and McLean weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Maskell, and the three ringside judges are Dillon Rennie, Vince Wood and Oliver Mirando.  

Round 1: 

Mabin closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  Mabin ties up his opponent.  Mabin pushes his forearm into McLean's face.  The ref breaks Mabin's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mabin is looking to close the distance.  Mabin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Mabin lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.

Mabin lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  McLean almost instantly recovers.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McLean's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  McLean's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  McLean's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  McLean's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
