Farhan Mattar vs Sanjeev Batra

Boxing Daily Report from the Sultan's Fists promoted show at Johor Bahru Kaba, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 12/04/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Asia-Oceania Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Farhan Mattar (31(6) - 9(6)) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Sanjeev Batra(35(6) - 12(10) - 2) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Mattar weighed in at 154 pounds and 8 ounces, while Batra weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Mattar came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Younis, and the three ringside judges are Harvey Kew, Khalid Lodhi and Bob Fai.
