Montana Najarro vs Pedro Merino

Boxing Daily Report from the Chigaga Promotions promoted show at Joaquin Rodriguez Gym, Santa Cruz de la Sierra,  taking place on 15/04/2043:

Clearly Chigaga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-Santa Cruz Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montana Najarro (7 - 20(2) - 2) who hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and Pedro Merino(4 - 11 - 1) from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.  Najarro weighed in at 129 pounds and 7 ounces, while Merino weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Calvillo, and the three ringside judges are Agapetus Angeles, Quico Gudino and Angel Giron.  

Round 1: 

Merino sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Najarro lands a cross.
