Charlie Newell vs Peter McNish

Boxing Daily Report from the Granite Promotions promoted show at Ken Argall Gym, Glasgow,  taking place on 16/04/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charlie Newell (6 - 3(1)) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and Peter McNish(1 - 3(1) - 1) from Glasgow, UK.  Newell weighed in at 160 pounds, while McNish weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John McVicker, and the three ringside judges are Peter McAlister, William Cooper and Robert Priddy.
