Nicholas McCombie vs James Mathison

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 25/04/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nicholas McCombie (5 - 0) who hails from Lowell, USA and James Mathison(2 - 1) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both McCombie and Mathison weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Evans, and the three ringside judges are Oliver McCleese, Fred Reese and Mark Smith.  

Round 1: 

Mathison gets on the inside.  McCombie lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Mathison manouvers McCombie onto the ropes.  Mathison could be stopped here, if McCombie can find the right shot!  McCombie lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  Mathison now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
