Inigo Shonubi vs Joshua Rugyendo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Akello, Kampala,  taking place on 04/05/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Inigo Shonubi (5 - 6(2) - 5) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Joshua Rugyendo(2(1) - 1(1)) from Kampala, Uganda.  Shonubi weighed in at 153 pounds and 4 ounces, while Rugyendo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neil Rugasira, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Shaikh, Dale Kayonga and Daniel Egadu.  

Round 1: 

Rugyendo is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Rugyendo advances into close range.  Shonubi throws a right hook, but Rugyendo clinches his opponent.  Rugyendo uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Shonubi's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rugyendo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Shonubi's body.  
Rugyendo lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Rugyendo digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Rugyendo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rugyendo throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Rugyendo holds on to his opponent.  Shonubi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rugyendo connects with a solid right hook.  
Rugyendo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rugyendo lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Rugyendo clinches his opponent.  Rugyendo pushes his forearm into Shonubi's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Rugyendo to stop fouling.  
Shonubi steps to the outside.  Rugyendo connects with a stinging cross.  
Shonubi steps inside.  Rugyendo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
